We are looking for an experienced and passionate Process Manager to help our clients solve complex business problems and through this boost their operational efficiency.
This role typically receives considerable freedom to advocate for building the best or improving upon existing operational processes. You will work with multiple teams such as product, commercial and technology to achieve the goals and targets set for you.
What you’ll do
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Solution Design: Design and recommend solutions that align with client business objectives and process improvement goals
- Implementation and Configuration: Configure and implement software applications to support optimized business processes
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business needs
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to client teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and usage
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
What you need to succeed
- You have 3-5 years of experience as Process Manager (a plus if within the Payments or Fintech)
- Innovation – You can navigate emerging technology, open source standards, public policy and new regulations
- Market Informed – You are familiar with customer experience and operational excellence trends and have a point of view on how they are evolving
- Mindset – You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to form a vision and work with the technology teams to implement that
- Business acumen – you are able to identify cost reduction opportunities, and convince senior executives to invest in your proposals
- Poise – you are able to present your ideas to partners or even at conferences
- You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Czech (fluency in German is an advantage)
